Oh well...

So much for my hopes that the Tea Party would dodge the status quo and avoid fielding candidates under their own names. Seems they have a name picked out for a run at Harry Reid's NV seat.

Is the name "F Ryan"?

At this point the only candidate we could field that Reid could beat is John Edwards ... and then just barely.

Funny enough the 2 candidates, Trakanian & Sue Lowden, are in a race to the right. Each wants the title of "Tea Party Conservative", a description quickly garnering as much casche' as "Reagan Conservative" once did. However, and I don't say this because I know him, Tark is the more conservative of the 2. Lowden is on record recently asnswering, "I'm not sure" to the question of would she have supported TARP at its' onset vote. Danny is clear in his opposition.

At any rate, the Tea Party could do worse than me ... even if Mormons don't traditionally drink the stuff ... hehehe.
