MDA... *sigh*

Well, more than two years after I initially applied for the Mississippi Development Agency Katrina Victim's Grant, and almost exactly one year after I REAPPLIED for the same grant, I today received official notice that there was nothing they could do for me. I am denied assistance through Phase 1, and now have to go through the whole thing again to apply for Phase II.

Fellas, sometimes I think this nightmare called "Katrina" is never going to end. Just when I think I'm out of the "Storm" loop... there it is again, bigger than shit.
