So, I'm just off the phone with Richter. He and his wife have taken dealing jobs at another casino in WV (not sure where), banking on a really good job right outside of Philly/DC.
The first half of the conversation was about politics... but that didn't go well, so Richter switched to casino talk. Remind you of anyone?
