The numbers are clear: a super majority of Americans oppose the mosque at Ground Zero. Similar numbers want the funding for this mosque, or more to the point this Imam, investigated after his various hostile comments recently resurfaced (which I listed in a previous post, i.e. America an accessory to 9/11; America should be more Sharia compliant; Bin Laden was made in the USA , etc). YET, Nancy Pelosi - in a recent press conference - noted she would like to see the financing of those whom oppose the mosque investigated.
Who Nancy? The firefighters? The Port Authority widows? The orphans whose deceased parent did nothing more than go to work September 11th, 2001? What does this say about a Party whom would elect as third in line to the presidency a person whom is so demonstrably out of the main stream on issue after issue?
You would think just showing up would be enough for the GOP to win in 2010 & 12 ... sheeesh.
