That's a campaign ad in & of itself - "January 1st Democrats promise to raise your taxes in the middle of a recession, vote them out before they turn a recession into a depression." And when the GOP takes the House, the first piece of legislation I'd send up is to reinstate those cuts. Make Obama veto. If he does he's sealed his fate for 2012, if he doesnt, so much the better. The GOP has some basic political elements working in its' favor this cycle (& probably 2012) ... I just hope they're savvy enough to take advantage of it.
