Just a little note from the great Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Vieux Marche caught fire last night and the Upstairs/Downstairs, Adventures and the Old Spanish Trail book store burned to the ground. For alot of us especially in the swing shift casino community these places hold some good but I would imagine strange memories, especially the Upstairs/Downstairs and Adventures.
Just one more sad note in Gulf Coast history.

I wasn't a frequent visitor of either bar... but I did go once in a while, back in the day. It's a shame, but I'm sure it will all be rebuilt. It's prime real estate and a great location.
