10.) Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac (& perhaps HUD in its entirety) - GONE. How many hundreds of billions has this monstrosity known as "Fannie & Freddie" cost us to date? Sell off any mortgages of value to private brokers, and allow those whose mortgages can't be sold (read: no one wants them) to continue to pay their debt to the Mae & Mac; but F&F issues no new loans. In effect they are out of the housing market, off the tax payer teet, and once the last payment on the last toxic loan is paid, Freddie & Fannie no longer exist.
11.) Reclaim all unspent "stimulus" dollars.
